
Our
Story
Patrician Primary School is a two-storied, co-educational school in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. The school caters for classes ranging from 2nd to 6th, with a current enrolment of approximately 305 pupils.
Led by the principal, David Dempsey, the school has a staff of 21 teachers, 6 special needs assistants, our secretary, Susan, and caretaker, Paschal.
The school has a Catholic ethos and is under the patronage of the Bishop of Kildare & Leighlin, Bishop Denis Nulty.
As the oldest school in Newbridge, the Patrician Primary School boasts a proud tradition of education in the town of Newbridge, while we also provide a wide array of extra-curricular activities; Gaelic football, camogie, hurling, soccer, athletics and choir.
